**Your Role

**Lead a team of integration developers

Design and implement cross-platform integration solutions (cloud + on-prem)

Manage strategic, cross-organizational tech projects

Collaborate with IT, development, cybersecurity, business units, and vendors

Work with top-tier integration platforms (WebMethods, MuleSoft, Oracle, etc.)

**What You Bring

**Experience as an Integration Architect or similar role

1+ year of team leadership

3+ years in system development (.Net/Java) and integration

Hands-on with integration infrastructures – **must

**Advantage: OpenText, Web development, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), DevOps

Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
