We’re a successful, well-capitalized trading firm looking for a hands-on ML leader to push the boundaries of research and trading. This is not an ivory-tower role — we want someone who loves building models and finding signals in messy data.

You’ll work on big problems with big impact: designing deep learning and reinforcement learning models, forecasting market dynamics, optimizing systematic strategies, and shaping the future of our trading research. Think large-scale datasets, cutting-edge methods, and the freedom to test and deploy ideas that get used in live trading.

We’re especially interested in candidates with quant, algo, or systematic trading experience — but we’ll also consider top ML talent from big tech excited to apply their expertise to financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy state-of-the-art ML models (deep learning, RL, probabilistic methods, etc.).
• Develop predictive frameworks for prices, volatility, and trading signals.
• Combine ML + financial modeling to uncover alpha.
• Improve data pipelines, backtesting, and live-trading integration.
• Lead research, mentor, and help shape the firm’s ML agenda.

Requirements:

• An applied ML expert with strong quant/systematic trading experience (or knowledge and deep interest in moving into this space).
• Buy side experience (at an algo trading firm or quant focused fund) preferred
• Serious hands-on coding and experimentation skills.
• Passion for turning research into real-world performance improvements.
• A collaborative leader who can set direction but also roll up their sleeves.
