We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who doesn’t just “fill roles”, but hunts, builds, storytells, and owns the full hiring journey from first touch to signed offer.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across Israel, EMEA, US, and APAC
• Build smart sourcing strategies
• Be the voice of the brand on social outreach, posts, content, personal brand as a magnet
• Turn hiring managers into true partners (not "request-submit-interview" machines)
• Create talent pipelines months before they’re needed
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience: fast, human, respectful
• Bring insights: dashboards, talent mapping, salary intel, market signals
• Run projects: employer branding, referral program, sourcing campaigns, etc.

Who you are:

You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, owning full-cycle!

Sourcing lover- you get actual joy from finding talent no one else spotted

Recruited globally- you understand time zones, cultures, and offer processes in multiple markets

Active on LinkedIn- not just likes and shares, but real content, smart outreach, and digital presence
