Position: Resort Manager

Location: Based in The Caribbean - Relocation is required and supported

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily operations and support the General Manager in driving excellence across all departments. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision, strong financial management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody the resort’s mission and standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
• Financial Performance: Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives to achieve financial targets.
• Guest Experience: Foster high levels of guest satisfaction through visibility, proactive engagement, and effective issue resolution.
• Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and motivate department heads; promote engagement and maintain high team morale.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards through regular inspections and quality control measures.
• Sustainability & Community: Lead environmentally responsible practices and community initiatives in line with the resort’s sustainability goals.
• Reporting & Projects: Prepare regular operational reports and contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ senior operational leadership experience in a boutique or resort setting.
• Strong financial acumen and multi-department management experience.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS, POS, scheduling, and maintenance software).
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver exceptional guest service.
