Your Mission

You will lead the deployment, installation, and onboarding of CylusOne in customer environments and provide ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll strengthen customer relationships, monitor adoption, and support renewals and expansions, while also assisting the Sales team with POVs and demos when needed.

What You Will Do

• Own and perform the onboarding, deployment, and upgrades of CylusOne in customer environments (Cloud, standard HW/VMware, Linux, networking, OS).

• Execute installation and troubleshooting in complex enterprise and OT environments.

• Act as a technical project manager, leading kickoffs, timelines, scope, and delivery milestones.

• Provide maintenance and support, including upgrades and issue resolution.

• Deliver customer training and technical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer success.

• Support Sales in technical demos and POVs, renewals and upsells.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.

• Monitor adoption and ensure customers gain full value from CylusOne.

• Serve as the customer focal point for cybersecurity-related topics, ensuring proper communication and coordination during any cyber events.

• Develop and refine internal playbooks and best practices to speed up deployments and troubleshooting.

• Streamline onboarding and support processes by leveraging automation, monitoring, and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Engineering on case studies, success stories, and reference architectures.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in professional services, deployment engineering, or technical project delivery roles.
• Strong practical expertise in networking fundamentals and infrastructure (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, NIC configuration).
• Strong hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker).
• Solid background in cybersecurity and Linux OS administration.
• Proven track record in managing technical projects with enterprise customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, including experience with customer-facing sessions and demos.
• Role is Israel-based, with approximately 25% international travel for client engagements, training and industry events.

Big Plus

• Experience with OT Security products.

• Experience with on-premises deployments.

• Familiarity with Rail or Industrial Control Systems technologies.
