A fast-growing real estate development company is looking for a CRM Project Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems — including CRM, Quality, Safety, HR, and Marketing platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for full project ownership: defining requirements, managing vendors, and ensuring system alignment with business needs.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage organization-wide system implementation projects (SalesForce, Vplan, etc.).
• Define and prioritize business requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and scope.
• Build project plans – including milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee system integration, process optimization, and adoption across departments.
• Promote continuous improvement and the use of advanced technological tools.

🔹 What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years of experience managing Information Systems / IT projects.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Vplan – must.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (read/write in JSON).
• Strong background in business process analysis and internal stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external vendors and complex project budgets.
• Strong technical documentation skills (functional and technical specs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and lead cross-functional teams.
• BA in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
