About the Role: Investment Analyst

You will join the investment team, working under various investment managers over multiple strategies and geographies both in commercial and residential real estate sectors as well as direct Private Equity investments.

Full-time position (on-site).

Tasks will include:

- Analyze and underwrite new and existing real estate transactions.

- Build financial models in Excel, including cash flow forecasts, stress tests, and scenarios and sensitivity analyses.

- Perform due diligence – on every aspect of the investment from market analysis and planning to identifying opportunities.

- Prepare presentations for management and investment committees.

- Monitor ongoing projects - track returns, risks, performance, and budget vs. Actuals.

- Work with consultants, contractors, business partners, legal teams, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance – mandatory.

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, Private Equity direct investments, or financial consulting – mandatory.

- Fluent English at a native or near-native level – mandatory.

- Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.

- Experience in real estate investments.
