s.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Business Development: Win new clients through networking, cold calling, and sales-first strategie
• s.Full Billing Ownership: Originate job orders, source, and place candidate
• s.Build & Expand Desk: Develop your client portfolio in Tech, SaaS, and Digital sectors, consistently bill at a high leve
• l.Headhunting & Closing: Source and manage high-performing sales candidates (Account Executives, BDMs, Sales Directors), guiding them from interview to offer negotiatio
