Senior Full Stack Developer - AI-Driven Product Lead

We are building the next generation of intelligent automation and we’re looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our flagship AI product.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-driven startup and lead the design and development of our flagship AI product, working closely with R&D and Product leadership.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of Boom’s next AI-driven SaaS product
• Design, build, and scale complex, data-driven systems in production
• Work closely with R&D, Product, and AI teams to shape the product roadmap
• Drive architectural decisions, performance, and scalability across the stack
• work in a Hybrid work model with flexibility, cutting-edge technology, and a strong engineering culture.

🔹 Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, Vue, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Cloud: GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

🔹What you'll bring:

• 6+ years of experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails / Python and Node.js
• Solid frontend experience with React, Vue, or TypeScript
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of API design, system architecture, and cloud environments (GCP/AWS)
• Passion for AI-driven development and modern automation tools
