A leading consumer brand is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst (Associate level) to support strategy, uncover market trends, and help drive data-backed decisions that impact millions.

This role sits at the heart of consumer research, budget planning, and portfolio performance tracking — ideal for someone analytical, curious, and passionate about marketing effectiveness.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
• Manage and track marketing & sales budgets (PO/GR)
• Support product launches and monitor portfolio performance
• Oversee consumer complaints process and drive cross-team resolution
• Deliver clear, actionable insights using tools like Power BI and Retail Audit

✅ Must-Haves:

• 3+ years in marketing research / data analysis, preferably in an FMCG company or research agency
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in identifying trends, analyzing competition, and translating data into insights
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, StoreNext, and Retail Audit tools
