Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Support Engineer with proven experience in network and security environments. This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role located in Holon. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications. The role also involves offering exceptional customer support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to enterprise customers in Networking and Cybersecurity
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier-1/2 issues across firewalls, VPNs, and infrastructure components
• Work daily with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), VPNs, routing, and authentication systems
• Collaborate with leading vendors like Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access) and Cisco
• Manage configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of security and network services

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Network & Security Support / Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2)
• NGFW troubleshooting & configuration experience - mandatory
• Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks products - strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 fundamentals (VLANs, routing, NAT, VPN)
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers (not just clients)
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, PCNSA, Security+) - advantage
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Full-time on-site position in Holon

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional vendors (Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
• Experience working with enterprise customers or managed service environments
