HVAC Documentation Expert

Location: In-Office , Har Tuv, Bet Shemesh

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Documentation Expert to manage all product documentation for Ephoca’s HVAC systems. You’ll coordinate the creation, organization, and upkeep of everything from technical manuals and product data sheets to installation guides, service instructions, and warranty materials.

This role is perfect for someone who understands HVAC systems and enjoys keeping information accurate, clear, and easy to find.

What You’ll Do

• Create and update HVAC product materials — including manuals, spec sheets, and installation or service guides.
• Work closely with our engineering, R&D, and quality teams to ensure everything is technically correct.
• Help marketing and sales adapt technical info into customer-friendly content.
• Keep documentation current with product updates and new releases.
• Organize and maintain internal files, images, and translated materials with proper version control and naming standards.
• Ensure all documentation meets company and regulatory standards (CE, UL, ISO, etc.).
• Perform regular quality checks to keep everything accurate and compliant.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in technical writing or document control, ideally in HVAC or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, components, and installation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Great attention to detail and comfort with engineering terms.
