Head of Performance Marketing (Full-Time)

Demandbox is a performance-driven creative company that builds campaigns people feel and click.

We manage global paid campaigns for some of the top tech companies in the world, helping them scale through data, creativity, and storytelling that converts.

We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead, build, and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple brands and markets. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes ROAS, creative testing, and growth loops - someone who turns performance data into stories that sell.

About the Role

You’ll own performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms - driving measurable growth for our clients within ROAS and payback constraints.

You’ll build and lead a high-performing team of media buyers, collaborate with our creative strategists, and architect the testing frameworks that shape how global tech brands acquire and grow audiences.

We’re looking for someone who can think like a CMO and act like an operator - balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale global paid acquisition campaigns for leading tech brands

• Manage and optimize performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok

• Set and exceed growth targets within defined ROAS and payback goals

• Build and implement rigorous testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies

• Partner with creative, analytics, and client teams to maximize efficiency and impact

• Identify new channels, formats, and performance opportunities for scale

• Build, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of direct-response performance marketing experience

• Proven success managing large budgets and driving measurable ROI

• Deep expertise in Paid Search and/or Paid Social (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok)

• Strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, and CRO

• Advanced analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Looker Studio

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

• Bonus: Experience working with high-growth tech brands or creative testing at scale
