We are an exciting and dynamic B2C startup based in Tel Aviv, dedicated to creating innovative and captivating gaming experiences that engage and thrill players.

As a User Acquisition (UA) Manager, you will lead and optimize our acquisition strategy across multiple channels, driving growth and scale for our products. You’ll be responsible for managing large budgets, building performance-driven campaigns, and leveraging data insights to maximize ROI and user LTV. This is a key leadership role where you’ll influence product growth and shape the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage user acquisition strategy, campaigns, and budgets across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize towards KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to design and execute growth strategies.
• Lead creative testing processes, ensuring high-performing ad concepts and iterations.
• Stay on top of UA trends, tools, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UA/performance marketing, preferably in the gaming or B2C industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and achieving growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
