What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct onboarding calls with new customers: greeting, introduction, and answering initial questions.
• Set clear expectations regarding services, timelines, and SLAs.
• Ensure customers fully understand the value of the products they’ve purchased.
• Provide internal feedback to the sales or service teams in cases of process gaps or issues.
• Maintain a positive customer experience from day one to reduce early churn.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Onboarding.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, patience, and the ability to explain things clearly.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Advantage: experience in E-commerce or digital companies.
