A rapidly growing international technology company, part of an American corporate group, with a team of approximately 85 employees across Israel and the U.S. The company develops advanced technology solutions and combines a global work environment with a pleasant, professional, and dynamic organizational culture.

Job Overview:

This role includes full responsibility for managing the company’s bookkeeping and payroll operations in Israel and the U.S., including payroll processing, statutory reporting, and ongoing interaction with internal and external stakeholders both locally and abroad.

We’re looking for a highly responsible, detail-oriented, and independent professional who is eager to grow with the company and help drive process improvements and new system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of the company’s bookkeeping in Israel and the U.S. (up to trial balance).
• Full responsibility for payroll in Israel - including preparation, attendance reporting, benefits administration, and ongoing payroll control.
• Preparation and submission of statutory reports in Israel (VAT, withholding tax, National Insurance, etc.).
• Involvement in billing and collection.
• Day-to-day work with ERP systems, payment platforms, and various financial tools.
• Support in the preparation of management reports and during monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Monitoring and control of cash flow, vendors, customers, and collections.
• Close collaboration with the finance team in the U.S. and local management in Israel.
• Financial tools and ERP implementation.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2 at minimum) - required
• Certified Payroll Accountant - required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll – required
• Experience working in a technology or global company – required
• Experience with Priority ERP - strong advantage
• Experience or familiarity with NetSuite – significant advantage
• Strong technological orientation and advanced Excel skills – required
• Experience working with DOKKA, Mesh, or other financial tech tools – advantage
• High level of English - written and verbal
• Independent, detail-oriented, and with excellent interpersonal skills
