About the Role

We’re looking for a Localization Specialist to join our Growth department and help bring our successful products and campaigns to life for German-speaking audiences.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our market strategy, work with talented professionals across departments, and shape the brand voice in one of our key regions.

You will be responsible for creating and adapting content that resonates with local audiences, ensuring that every piece of communication—marketing materials, social media posts, in-game text, and campaigns—feels native, authentic, and culturally relevant.

**Key Responsibilities
**

• Develop, localize, and adapt marketing content, creative campaigns, and social media materials for the German market.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth, Creative, Product, and Community teams to ensure content quality and alignment with company goals.

• Conduct market research to understand cultural nuances, player behavior, and trends in the German-speaking audience.

• Generate fresh ideas to enhance engagement and brand awareness through localized storytelling and community initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements
**

• Previous experience in copywriting, content creation, social media, or a similar marketing-related role.
• Strong understanding of cultural context, linguistic nuances, and local humor/slang within the German market.
• Passion for creating content that resonates and engages players.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who takes initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table.
• Highly organized and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across teams and projects.
