Quality Engineer

Location: in Yad Binyamin

Job Description

• Management and leadership of key quality processes.
• Leading continuous quality improvement in production and audit activities.
• Liaising and supporting customer and regulatory audits
• Quality control of suppliers and subcontractors
• Ability to analyze data and present trends
• Leading quality activities: implementing procedures and implementing, training, authorization, conducting internal and external audits, ability to analyze and present quality performance.

Requirements

• Experience in quality leadership in a manufacturing company for two years or more - required.
• Familiarity with quality standards - required.
• ISO13485, AS9100 - an advantage
• Mastery of fault investigation methodologies and CAPA, 8D, FMEA, 5W&H
• Knowledge and full control of OFFICE software - required.
• Good technical English (reading, writing and speaking) - required.
• Technical understanding of mechanical production and assembly processes - required.
• CQE certification / 10 years of experience in quality management.
• Senior Auditor certification - required.
• Familiarity with ERP system - required.
• Ability to function under pressure, authoritative and assertive in leading processes, ability to stand up and present in front of an audience - required.

Preferred skills:

Microsoft Office - from 1 to 4 years

QCE - basic

QMS - basic

Languages:

English - good, advantage

Hebrew - native language, advantage
