**About The Team

**We are seeking experienced Team Lead to join our AI R&D group within the platform. You will take part in implementing generative AI capabilities within monday.com AI platform, including defining the strategy of using LLMs, creating the foundation for cross teams implementation and productizing it as part of our platform offering

About The Role

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Full Stack engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Working closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers and designers to build production-ready infrastructure for more than 2 million users
• Manage team workload, project resourcing & coordination in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
• Implement backend infrastructure that supports generative AI capabilities, enabling both internal and external developers to easily integrate and leverage AI-powered features within monday.com’s ecosystem
• Enhance monday data layer to create a dynamic, customizable layer that supports any application and use-case
• Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions seamlessly into the platform and support diverse use cases
• Our stack - node.js, React, Cassandra, Kafka, CDC, MySQL

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing full-stack engineering teams and leading projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs or AI Agents in production environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A growth mindset, including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences
• Adept at working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
