**We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Mobile Platform to define and scale the foundation of our mobile experience. This role sits at the heart of Hello Heart’s technology ecosystem—owning the platform capabilities that power our flagship app and enable every member interaction.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop core mobile features, streamline performance, and ensure reliability at scale. From login and navigation to notifications and offline mode, you’ll shape the infrastructure that supports millions of user moments every day.

This is an ideal role for a deeply technical product manager. You may have started your career in engineering and thrive at the intersection of system architecture, user experience, and product velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Hello Heart’s mobile platform acting as an enabler across the product portfolio, from core platform capabilities to shared user experiences
• Define the roadmap for scalability, performance, and developer velocity in partnership with engineering and data leadership - ensuring the app remains stable, fast, and extensible as we grow.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and performant experience across iOS and Android.
• Partner with Hello Heart’s hardware teams to ensure that new devices are effectively integrated with our mobile platform, enabling a seamless experience for users
• Establish best practices for instrumentation, experimentation, and observability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and data teams to ensure privacy and reliability across all core surfaces.
• Contribute to Hello Heart’s broader platform vision—helping evolve our infrastructure to support new capabilities like AI-driven personalization and connected clinical services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including significant time building or leading mobile platforms or SDKs.
• Background in engineering or computer science preferred; strong understanding of mobile architecture (iOS/Android).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, data, and engineering teams on complex technical systems.
• Experience managing mobile performance, release cycles, and platform reliability at scale.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using tools like Mixpanel, Datadog, and experimentation platforms.
• Excellent communicator, with able to translate technical depth into clear priorities and align diverse stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment; comfortable balancing short-term velocity with long-term platform improvements.
• Passion for building infrastructure that enables world-class user experiences and measurable impact on health.
