We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Software Architect with strong skills in SharePoint and Power Automate to support a short discovery phase for our banking client.

This is a part-time freelance/contract role (approx. 20h/week), starting ASAP, with an initial duration of up to 1 month. There is a strong chance of extension into a longer cooperation based on the results of the first phase.

📌 Project Overview:

Client already has a defined set of SharePoint-based policies and now wants to:

• Design and implement a tool for managing policies across the company
• Use SharePoint and Power Automate as the core technology stack
• Define a clear architecture and best practices for policy management, workflows, and governance

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Microsoft Software Architect or similar role
• Deep hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (structure, sites, document libraries, permissions, governance)
• Solid experience with Power Automate (flows, approvals, integrations)
• Background in designing enterprise-level solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Ability to work in a discovery/consulting mode – asking the right questions, proposing options, and challenging requirements where needed
• Good communication skills in English
• Based in the EU & UK and able to work fully remotely

🔴 Note: We are not looking for .NET developers for this role – the focus is on SharePoint + Power Automate architecture.

💰 Contract Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Up to 1 month (discovery phase) – with potential for longer-term cooperation
• Workload: Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week
• Location: Fully remote from EU & UK
• Rate: Around 25–35 EUR per hour (depending on experience)
