Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our digital presence across platforms. This role is focused on lead generation, digital campaign execution, and performance reporting, while ensuring our brand is consistently represented online. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google tools, website optimization, marketing automation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ecosystem Management:
• Set up and manage the company’s Google account and apps, including Google Analytics, YouTube, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
• Website Optimization & Maintenance:
• Implement SEO improvements across multiple platforms including ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.
• Regularly update and maintain website content and structure.
• Set up landing pages optimized for conversion.
• Digital Campaign Execution:
• Initiate and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Create and maintain lead journeys using Active Trail, ensuring seamless sync with Salesforce.
• Lead Management & Reporting:
• Monitor, follow up, and report on lead status and campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Perform hands-on lead qualification
• Social Media & Content Management:
• Manage the company’s LinkedIn profile, including content calendar planning and execution.
• Experience with TikTok and short video editing is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial companies

• Experience with PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, and website management.

• Experience with marketing automation and digital lead generation.

• Salesforce experience – significant advantage.

• Experience with LinkedIn campaigns – advantage.

• Strong English proficiency.
