For a Smart Water Management System Startup(SW & HW) (Near Zichron Yakov) we are looking for:
Customer Support Specialist
Provide technical and applicative support to clients. Offer real-time solutions, deliver training, collaborate with R&D and project managers, and guide clients through advanced systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to our users, ensuring every interaction is secure and seamless.
- Offering service via emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and more.
- Conduct training sessions and troubleshoot client issues.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer support.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems.
- Excellent understanding of IT issues and communication (Internet, WIFI issues).
- Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the products/systems.
