דרושים R&D Process Engineer בקדימה

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process engineer to join our R&D team.

You will contribute to the Company’s success by applying your expertise & experience in development of a new process / technologies related to desalination and water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Management and supervision of pilot systems from end to end – from characterization and design, through construction and commissioning, to full operation and performance evaluation.

· The work includes the design of pilot and demo-scale systems, monitoring their operation, maintenance, and analyzing system performance.

· The position combines office-based engineering work with field activities, including travel to pilot sites abroad.

Location: Kadima / OMIS Desalination plant

Reports to: R&D Manager

Requirements:

· bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

· At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the water treatment field and water desalination plants.

· English – full proficiency

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with industry partners and internal teams.

· Willingness to travel aboard.
