What You Will Do:

We’re hiring an AI Content Editor, someone with solid video-editing skills, whether gained through professional work, film studies, or self-taught experience. Alongside your editing abilities, you’ll bring a blend of AI-powered content creation, storytelling, training design, and hands-on creative work.

• Manage and maintain our Security Awareness Training content catalog, driving continuous improvement, refinement, and expansion.
• Edit and produce high-quality training materials using AI content tools and professional editing platforms — with a strong focus on video editing.
• Craft and refine training narratives, scenarios, simulations, and micro-learning experiences tailored for diverse global audiences.
• Partner closely with the Product Manager to transform concepts into impactful training experiences for both admins and employees.
• Collaborate with Detection teams to create Threat-to-Awareness content driven by real-time threat insights.
• Support Product Marketing through content collaboration, storytelling alignment, and messaging enhancement.
• Review and validate content quality, ensuring accuracy, clarity, educational value, awareness impact, and strong user experience.
• Explore and experiment with new AI capabilities, editing techniques, and creative approaches to continually elevate our training library.
• Take ownership of projects, bring proactive ideas, and help shape both the content itself and the strategy behind it.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience using professional tools (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.), with the ability to start editing confidently from day one.
• Basic hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (text, video, audio, or visual).
• Strong storytelling skills; experience in scripting or training content is an advantage.
• Ability to manage content operations, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple workflows; Experience using the Djung platform is an advantage.
• Independent, fast learner with strong self-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and user experience.
• Availability to work 70% capacity to start.
• Advantage: background in training development, instructional design, or educational content.
