The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and lead key parts of Seatpick’s product roadmap.

You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and optimization. You’ll be responsible for creating products and features that drive growth, improve conversion, and elevate the Seatpick experience for millions of users.

Objectives of the Role

• Drive the product and business planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and partnership opportunities from both ROI and build-vs-buy perspectives.
• Evaluate competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps and execution timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Appraise new product ideas and lead go-to-market planning for new launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle, from research and strategy through development, QA, and launch.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
• Drive data-informed decisions, define KPIs, track product performance, and iterate quickly based on insights.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize conversion, and retention strategies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve UX, scalability, and monetization.
• Stay ahead of market trends, user needs, and emerging technologies to keep Seatpick ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in product management at a B2C or internet-based company (marketplace or affiliate experience a strong plus).
• Proven success in managing the full product development lifecycle and delivering impactful features.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, you know how to turn insights into action.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you can articulate a clear product vision and rally teams around it.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and not afraid to dive into the details when needed.
• Passion for consumer experience, data, and driving measurable results.
