We are seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to play a key role in driving this transformation by defining systems strategy, enhancing operational excellence, and enabling digital HR capabilities across the organization.

The HRIS Lead will be responsible for the strategy and management of Check Point’s global HR technology landscape.

This role acts as a key connector between HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure systems support organizational goals, data governance, compliance, and exceptional user experience.

You will lead critical initiatives to enhance our core HR system and integrated platforms (e.g., ATS, LMS, ticketing, payroll), drive system implementations, advance analytics capabilities, and support scalable HR processes globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute the global HR systems roadmap aligned with business and people strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for digital enablement, automation, and process optimization.
  • Serve as the HR systems subject-matter expert, ensuring scalability and global design consistency.
  • System Ownership & Optimization
  • Own configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core HR system and its integrated platforms (e.g., ATS, LMS, payroll, ticket system).
  • Manage integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Partner with IT to maintain system performance, security, and compliance.
  • Data Governance & Analytics
  • Establish data standards, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to deliver reliable, real-time workforce analytics and dashboards.
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools for HR and business leaders.
  • Process Excellence
  • Partner with global HR process owners (TA, HR, Rewards, Operations) to standardize and streamline processes.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and scalable workflows.
  • Lead or support global performance cycles.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Act as a key partner to HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to align systems strategy and data governance.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership on project progress, risks, and priorities.
  • Drive change management, training, and adoption efforts across the organization.
  • Vendor & Project Management
  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and consultants.
  • Lead new systems rollouts, upgrades, and vendor evaluations.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and delivery quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology management roles in global organizations.
  • Proven experience in Core HR and ATS implementation processes — including design, configuration, testing, and global rollout.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, workforce planning, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing data governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ATS (Smartrecruiters, Greenhouse), core HR (Success Factors, Workday) or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Independent, Strategic mindset with a strong operational focus.
  • Passion for process improvement, technology enablement, and employee experience.
