How You’ll Spend Your Day

• עבודה בהתאם לתוכנית העבודה כפי שנקבעה על-ידי מנהל המחלקה.
• ביצוע קליטת מלאי, בדיקה שוטפת של המלאי ומתן התרעה על חריגות.
• ריענון והעברת מלאי למיקומים ייעודיים לצורך הכנת הזמנות.
• ליקוט הזמנות ידני על-פי תעודות איסוף.
• ביצוע ביקורת איכות להזמנות לפני שינוע.
• אחריות על שילוח הזמנות והעברתהן למחלקת ההפצה.
• ביצוע ספירות מלאי תקופתיות ומלאות אחר הנהלים.
• הקפדה על עבודה בהתאם לדרישות ה-GMP, נהלי האיכות, הבטיחות והעבודה התקינה.
• ביצוע משימות נוספות על פי דרישת הממונה.
• ביצוע פעילויות לאחר קבלת הדרכה מקצועית כנדרש ובהתאם לרשומות ההסמכה הרלוונטיות.
• עבודה במערכת WMS לניהול תהליכי לוגיסטיקה ומלאי.
• רישיון מלגזה -יתרון.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• 12 שנות לימוד
• חריצות, אחריות, אכפתיות, סדר וארגון ויכולת עבודה בצוות
• ידע בסיסי באנגלית (קריאה וכתיבה)
• יתרון: ידע בעבודה עם מחשב, כולל תוכנות Word ו-Excel
• יתרון: ניסיון בעבודה במחסן ממוחשב
• משרה מלאה, נכונות לשעות נוספות וימי שישי לפי צורך
