🌟 What You’ll Do

• Build and scale a customer-facing platform end-to-end, including complex UI/UX flows and backend architecture.
• Work with large-scale data, including interactive and 3D-rich user interfaces.
• Shape engineering direction as an early senior hire, influencing architecture, best practices, and engineering culture.
• Operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with significant autonomy.
• Collaborate closely with a small group of highly talented engineers and product leaders.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack hands-on development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience building complex user-facing systems at scale.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Ability to break down complex technical challenges into clear, actionable tasks.
• Strong product intuition and a mindset centered around user experience excellence.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.

💡 Bonus Experience

• Experience with C#, Java, or Python on the backend.
• Hands-on with 3D or WebGL frameworks (Three.js or similar).
• Experience building collaborative, real-time applications (Figma-style).
