Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound leads and handling warm prospects
• End-to-end sales process for business clients
• Preparing tailored price quotes and service proposals
• Client retention and upselling additional services
• Working with CRM systems and Office applications

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales / technical sales / IT services
• Basic understanding of IT services: support, cloud, backups, Office 365 (advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory

Strong Advantages:

• Experience selling to SMB or enterprise clients
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and MSP services
