Salesforce Technical Architect – Automotive Industry | Rishon LeZion | Full-time | Hybrid

A leading automotive company is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join its Information Systems Division.

The role includes designing and implementing advanced Salesforce-based business solutions across marketing, sales, and service, as well as leading complex technical projects and driving ongoing system development and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and create clear functional and technical specifications
• Design advanced Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business needs and Salesforce best practices
• Implement and customize solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Lead technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners
• Plan and execute integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, Salesforce APIs, Middleware)
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Write and execute complex test scripts, support UAT, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Train development teams and end users on new solutions and processes
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and Salesforce guidelines, while identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advantage)
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Architect
• Deep expertise across Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience/Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Proven hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• At least 3 years designing and leading complex Salesforce architectures, including:
• System architecture, data model, permissions model, Flow, Dashboards & Reports, Validations, Approval Processes
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory
• Additional certifications (Application Architect, Data Architecture, Integration Architect, PDII) – advantage
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, security, and system design (Azure DevOps – advantage)
• Experience with third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft – advantage)
• Strong technical leadership skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – mandatory
• Familiarity with sales/marketing/service processes – advantage
