About the Role

We’re looking for a Lifecycle & Marketing Operations Manager to own and operate the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing, growth, and lifecycle initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, growth, and data, ensuring campaigns run smoothly across multiple touchpoints - from in-app banners and push notifications to email sequences and landing pages.

You’ll translate strategic requirements from stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Growth, and GTM into actionable campaigns, automations, and reporting systems. You’ll also maintain the marketing tech stack, ensure data accuracy, and create visibility into performance.

Responsibilities****Lifecycle & Automation

  • Manage and optimize the company’s marketing automation stack (Customer.io, MoEngage, or similar).
  • Build and deploy onboarding, activation, retention, and upgrade flows.
  • Manage segmentation, audience logic, and lifecycle triggers across tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Growth on A/B tests, monetization experiments, and lifecycle optimizations.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, tested, and launched across in-app, email, and push channels.
  • Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards for the communication flows, funnels, conversions, ARPPU, and more.
  • Surface actionable insights that help teams optimize and move faster.

Platform & Cross-Team Enablement

  • Build and maintain landing pages for campaigns, lead generation, and growth experiments using the company’s website platform.
  • Act as the go-to technical problem solver for the Marketing, Growth, and GTM teams, delivering smart, scalable, and efficient solutions for diverse operational needs.
  • Maintain and improve integrations between marketing, product, and data systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking.
  • Partner with R&D and Product teams to guarantee the stability and reliability of the marketing tech stack.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between Product, Growth, GTM, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Operations within a SaaS or B2C tech environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, MoEngage, Braze, or similar- including building complex, data-driven automation flows.
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs across: email, push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, Telegram, and additional communication surfaces.
  • Proven experience working with localization systems and managing affiliation/affiliate-tracking platforms.
  • Technical proficiency in data flows, segmentation, event tracking, and attribution setup.
  • Experience maintaining and integrating tools across marketing, product, data, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals and KPIs into efficient technical implementations.
  • Familiarity with analytics stacks such as GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker.
  • Comfortable working with tracking pixels, UTM structures, and event-based logic across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in dashboards, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, ARPPU, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills — able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
