Mission Systems Test Lead Engineer | Lod, Central District | IAI – Military Aircraft Division

We are looking for a Mission Systems Test Lead to join the Military Aircraft Division and take a key role in planning and executing mission-critical system tests.

The position includes:

• Managing and monitoring test requirements and test plans for mission-level systems

• High-level planning of system-level proof tests

• Managing and controlling test progress against technical and contractual requirements

• Writing specifications and technical documentation for test assets and test-related procurements

What we are looking for:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Aerospace / Electrical Engineering – required

• At least 3 years of experience in flight testing – required

• Familiarity with mission systems (Radar, EO/IR, Navigation, Communication) – advantage
