We are seeking a Senior Digital Learning Developer to create innovative digital learning solutions

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital courses and self-paced learning materials using Articulate Storyline / Rise
• Design eLearning products: modules, exercises, videos, games, and simulations
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content experts, and internal stakeholders
• Adapt content for different formats (hybrid learning, LMS, etc.)
• Work with clients, managers, and stakeholders, presenting solutions and building trust

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years in instructional design with emphasis on digital learning
• Proven proficiency in Storyline, Rise, and Illustrator
• Experience following the full instructional design process: needs analysis → learning plan → diverse deliverables
• Strong communication, collaboration, and task management skills
