🚀 We’re looking for a Salesforce Implementer & Systems Analyst!
✨ Role Description:
🔹 Analyze and map business processes, including documenting existing workflows and defining new ones based on Salesforce capabilities.
🔹 Implement new requirements and system changes – including daily work with Salesforce automation tools.
🔹 Define and manage integrations with core and digital systems, including object management, UI customization, permissions, and creating advanced reports and dashboards.
🔹 Design workflows, screens, reports, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
🎯 Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis
✔ 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
✔ Strong process leadership skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders
✔ Familiarity with SQL data structures and query writing
✔ Experience defining API interfaces
✔ Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds
✔ Experience/knowledge in OmniStudio
