Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, research, product, sales, and sales-support roles (including global hiring ).
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, direct outreach, and employee-referral campaigns.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates’ cultural and role fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Manage relationships with local and global recruitment agencies when needed.
• Prepare and deliver employment offers and contracts.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Provide ongoing HR support, including employee relations, documentation, and participation in HR initiatives.
• Track recruitment progress and use basic metrics to improve efficiency and pipeline quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within tech/hi-tech companies, including strong sourcing skills - must.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Sales-Support positions internationally - strong advantage.
• Proven experience conducting HR interviews and managing employment offers/contracts -must.
• Experience multitasking and managing several hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Organized, proactive, people-oriented, and able to work effectively with global teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools (Comeet - advantage).
