**Role Description
**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Road Engineer based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with some work from home acceptable. In this role, the Road Engineer will design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of roads and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed drawings and layouts, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality results. The Road Engineer will also liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications
**

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools
• Strong knowledge of road construction materials, methods, and standards
• Experience in project management and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Understanding of safety regulations and ability to conduct thorough site inspections
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant engineering degree and professional qualifications
• Prior experience in road engineering projects is advantageous
