About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company, both in Israel and abroad. This position reports directly to the CFO and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various levels of the organisation to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Developing and maintaining corporate accounting procedures and policies
• Managing global bookkeepers and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
• Managing and overseeing intercompany processes
• Ensuring compliance with local and international reporting and tax filing requirements
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support planning and decision-making
• Developing and documenting internal control processes
• Assisting with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and projects

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, preferably under IFRS
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly responsible

Working Hours:

Full-time position: Sunday to Thursday.

Hybrid work mode with offices located in Tel Aviv.
