Job Title: L3 Support Engineer – Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack

Location: Colombia (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced L3 Support Engineers with strong expertise in Linux and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack. This role involves providing high-level support for cloud and infrastructure environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack environments.
• Collaborate with operations, DevOps, and application teams to optimize system performance.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.
• Document solutions and knowledge articles for recurring issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident support (if applicable).
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and cloud infrastructure enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Strong experience with Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in IT support, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with automation tools, scripting (Bash, Python), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
