About the Role

Hi, I’m Anton Akhtyamov, Director of Product Management at WebPros, and I’ll be your hiring manager. We’re looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to own and grow our cPanel and Plesk products. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product metrics, strategy, and executing the long-term roadmap. You will shape the future of our hosting platforms, drive innovation, and lead initiatives that expand product adoption, usage, and revenue.

cPanel & Plesk are the world’s leading hosting control panels, powering hosting providers, resellers, SMBs, and developers. They define industry standards for usability, security, and automation in hosting and server administration.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, business, and user needs — from hosting providers and infrastructure operators to developers and DevOps teams. Working closely with GTM, Engineering, Support, and Finance, you will define strategic directions, execute growth initiatives, and expand the value our products deliver globally.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS, hosting, DevOps, infrastructure tools, or a related domain.
• Proven success driving growth for a product within the web hosting or cloud infrastructure ecosystem.
• Ability to work autonomously toward measurable goals with minimal guidance.
• Experience in conducting user research (async and synchronous).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate product opportunities into commercial success.
• Demonstrated ability to build and own product roadmaps, experiments, and business cases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.

Your Impact in the First 180 Days

30 Days:

Get fully onboarded and familiarize yourself with WebPros' products, focusing on cPanel & Plesk products. Build relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and GTM.

60 Days:

Take ownership of product metrics. Identify opportunities for growth across hosting partners, usability improvements, and commercial expansion.

120 Days:

Define, scope, and lead the implementation of a high-impact technological initiative for cPanel and/or Plesk. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Support, and GTM teams to ensure alignment, deliver measurable technical and business outcomes, and drive the initiative through to execution.

180 Days:

Drive revenue growth and adoption through product initiatives, surpassing agreed KPIs. Influence strategy, GTM enablement, and market expansion opportunities while serving as the product expert for cPanel & Plesk across WebPros.

How We Work

• Team & Workflow: You’ll join the Product Management team, working closely with Engineering, GTM, and Business Development stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Ownership: You’ll drive the execution of cPanel & Plesk initiatives, balancing technical development with commercial priorities.
• Work Processes: Expect a mix of async work, stakeholder alignment meetings, and roadmap reviews. You’ll present updates regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
