Mission

We’re looking for a Global Controller to join our growing finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance. You’ll play a key role in owning the financial reporting lifecycle, managing the monthly close processes, improving internal controls, and ensuring global tax and audit compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented finance leader with SaaS experience, strong US GAAP expertise, and a passion for building scalable processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Close Cycles: Take full ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for both our US and Israeli entities, delivering complete and timely financials in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare Financial Statements & Internal Reports: Consolidate and prepare accurate financial statements and dashboards, including variance analysis, cash flow insights, and department-level vendor spend with clear explanations and next steps. Provide leadership with actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
• Ensure Tax & Compliance: Manage all statutory filings and tax returns, ensuring compliance with both Israeli and US tax regulations, including VAT, 1099s, W-8/W-9, and sales tax.
• Own Audit Preparation: Act as the primary point of contact for external audits. Prepare required documentation and ensure that all operational and financial controls are in place and functioning effectively.
• Improve & Automate Financial Processes: Identify inefficiencies and manual processes in accounting workflows. Design and implement automation solutions that reduce errors and improve transparency. Partner cross-functionally to build scalable infrastructure for future growth
• Support Ad-Hoc Projects & Financial Operations: Contribute to strategic finance projects such as prepaid tracking, vendor workflows, and internal control enhancements. Own clearly defined scopes within each project, delivering measurable results

Requirements:

• CPA with Big 4 background - Must
• At least 6 years of experience
• At least 4 years as a Controller in a tech, SaaS, or growth-stage company
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and multi-entity financial consolidation, and US tax compliance
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP - Must
• Full professional fluency in English and Hebrew
• Strong attention to detail, high accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
