We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a strong process engineering orientation to join our team.

What will you do:

• Develop and optimize high-precision opto-mechanical assembly processes

• Lead automation projects – Pick & Place, Adhesive Dispensing, Screwing systems

• Design and validate jigs & fixtures for optical assemblies of fibber ribbons to optical plugs in cleanroom environments

• Experience with epoxy and optical glues

• Solve complex engineering problems and ensure scalability to mass production

• Work cross-functionally with R&D, NPI, and production teams

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – must, minimum 5 years

• Opto-Mechanical assemblies and tolerances experience – advantage

• Proven experience in automation and process engineering (P&P, dispensing, optical assemblies)

• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude

• Experience with automotive-grade manufacturing standards (ISO9001, ISO10110) – advantage

• Excellent English and communication skill
