****About this opportunity

**The iTero V&V Group at Align Technology looking for a Clinical Validation Engineer. Performing validation tests of HW and SW.

**Key Responsibilities

**In this role, you will…

• Work effectively with a wide group of people from R&D, software, algorithms, key customers, etc.
• Work with bugs stored in bug tracking system: identifying bugs, documenting, fixing, communication with software developers and internal customers.
• Cooperation with customer to obtain data subject to testing, reproducing customer complaints
• Participation in preparing of test report, test plan including equipment, test methodology and documentation and preparing presentations if required.
• Daily duties include reviewing product and system requirements to write and execute automated and manual test scripts for validation testing.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

**In this role, you’ll need …

• B.Sc. in Medical / Biomedical Engineering or 1 year of experience as a Dental hygienist/Assistant.
• An ability to learn complex system.
• Desire to improve quality, willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Ability to fight for high customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented.
• Fluent written and spoken English
