🔍 Hiring: Sales Manager – Eastern European Markets (Discreet Search)

📍 Location: Pardes Hanna area (onsite)

💰 18–21K + annual annual bonus (~2 salaries)

🕒 Full-time | International sales role | Business travel required

A leading industrial company in the food & ingredients sector is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Eastern Europe to expand and strengthen its activity in multiple international markets.

This is a strategic B2B sales role focused on managing distributors, developing commercial partnerships, and selling raw materials and functional ingredients to food, beverage, nutraceutical, pet-food, and pharma manufacturers across Eastern Europe.

⭐ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and grow distributor networks across Eastern European markets
• Develop new business opportunities and expand activity with existing partners
• Lead end-to-end international sales processes: pricing, proposals & negotiations
• Maintain strong commercial relationships with distributors and direct customers
• Represent the company at exhibitions and client meetings abroad
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Participate in 6–8 business trips per year for fairs, conferences, and client visits

✔️ Requirements:

• Proven international B2B sales experience – must
• Experience working with distributors in global markets
• Background selling raw materials / chemicals / ingredients / packaging – strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree – must (Business, Economics, Food Engineering – advantage)
• High-level English (written & spoken) – must
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage complex international accounts
• Solid command of Office; Priority/BI experience – advantage
