We are hiring a Data Platform Engineer to join a leading company in Tel Aviv and be part of our growing data and technology team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, APIs, files, and more
• Develop and optimize data lakes and data warehouse environments such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or similar
• Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to deliver high-quality datasets and modeling support
• Implement and automate data quality checks, validation routines, and data cleansing procedures
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance, delays, or failures
• Contribute to the standardization of schemas, documentation, and pipeline patterns

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PLSQL, including work with structured and semi-structured data (CSV, Parquet, JSON, APIs)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining pipelines using ETL tools or frameworks (ADF, SSIS, dbt, Airflow, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouse platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Python or scripting knowledge — a strong advantage
• Experience with Azure or AWS and familiarity with streaming tools — advantage
• Background in retail or omni-channel data environments — advantage
