We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to take full ownership of improving conversion across all marketing funnels. In this role, you will map every step of the user journey, identify where users drop off, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to optimize performance.
You will work closely with our Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to analyze campaigns, creatives, messaging, and acquisition channels and determine what truly drives results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end funnel analysis to uncover drop-off points and performance gaps.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations to increase conversion at each stage.
Analyze paid campaigns, creatives, messaging, and channels to evaluate effectiveness.
Build dashboards and reports to support ongoing decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute A/B tests and optimization experiments.
Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across all analytics tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst in a SaaS company (required).
Advanced proficiency in Mixpanel and Tableau (required).
Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and attribution.
Familiarity with Impact (partnership management platform) is an advantage.
