We’re now looking for Solution Engineers to join our growing EMEA and North American PS teams, people who love solving complex technical challenges, thrive in customer-facing environments, and want to shape the future of voice automation.

Why this role matters

You’ll be the technical backbone of our voice-solution delivery efforts. From pre-sales scoping to hands-on implementation, you’ll help customers bring exceptional automated call experiences to life using the Boost.ai platform.

You’ll also play a key role in helping customers adopt Generative AI and enabling them to build powerful, controlled, LLM-enabled workflows that push automation to the next level.

What you will do:

Pre-Sales & Scope Definition

  • Partner with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants to scope Statements of Work (SOWs) and validate technical feasibility.
  • Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives with prospects and customers.
  • Translate customer goals and complex requirements into clear, structured solution approaches.

Technical Delivery & Integration

  • Lead the technical delivery of voice automation projects for enterprise customers.
  • Configure and optimize speech services (STT/TTS), audio streaming, and telephony components.
  • Integrate Boost.ai with CCaaS platforms, CRMs, ticketing systems, and other third-party technologies.
  • Build, replicate, and troubleshoot API-based workflows across customer environments.
  • Support deployments across channels which will include protocol such as PSTN, SIP and WebRTC.
  • Design, build, and optimize Conversational Flows which can include Generative AI technology to enable safe, reliable LLM-powered automation.
  • Prototype, test, and validate LLM-driven voice interactions to elevate customer experience while maintaining control and accuracy.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Deliver technical demos and walk-throughs at customer meetings and Boost Camp, our annual tech showcase.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their goals and identify opportunities to apply generative and voice automation effectively.
  • Share customer success stories, implementation patterns, and technical learnings internally to help strengthen our delivery excellence.

Internal Collaboration & Practice Development

  • Serve as a first-line technical escalation point for Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Voice, and Integrations teams to solve complex challenges and influence platform evolution.
  • Contribute to best practices and frameworks for building safe, testable, and transparent Generative Actions at scale.
  • Help shape the Solution Engineering practice by improving processes, tools, and documentation.

Skills, Experience And Competencies Required

  • :3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Integration Specialist, Presales Engineer, or similar.
  • Experience with CCaaS, voice technology, telephony, speech services, or conversational AI is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to build and maintain workflows that connect multiple systems (APIs, webhooks, integrations).
  • Comfortable reading API documentation and translating it into real-world solutions.
