About the Company

Responsibilities:
- Ongoing bookkeeping: handling invoices, processing payments, bank reconciliations, collections.
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports in collaboration with an external bookkeeping firm or controller.
- Work with systems such as Priority / SAP / Hashavshevet / Rivhit.
- Work with multiple interfaces – including auditors, finance department, and banks.
- Preparation of VAT reports and monthly reporting to authorities.
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping experience – required
- Proficiency in Excel – including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP – required
- Very strong command of English (reading and writing) – required
- Bookkeeping certificate and/or payroll accounting course – an advantage
- Experience in financial institutions / investments / global companies – significant advantage

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Service-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills
