About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to support and lead GreenFlow’s day-to-day marketing activities, combining creative thinking, strong execution, and a proactive approach.

You’ll work directly with the founder, collaborate with freelancers (video editors, creators, email marketing, Google Ads), and play a central role in shaping our brand presence across platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, versatile, creative, and eager to grow — with the potential to develop into a more senior position as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Create scripts, concepts, hooks, and creative directions for campaigns and content

• Coordinate content production with creators, video editors, and freelancers

• Lead influencer collaborations: outreach, communication, coordination, and follow-up

• Manage day-to-day marketing tasks and align them with weekly goals

• Plan and support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

• Execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at a practical, tactical level

• Contribute creative ideas for brand exposure — podcasts, events, partnerships

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels

• Use Canva or Figma to create or adjust basic visuals and marketing materials

• Track performance metrics and help refine future content and campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, content, or creative roles

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop clear, effective ideas

• Experience running Meta Ads (required)

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Familiarity with Canva or Figma

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and consumer behavior

• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and willingness to take initiative

• Positive, collaborative, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow

• Ambitious and energetic, but also grounded, structured, and team-oriented

Advantages:
