The Dream Job:

We are looking for a Head of FP&A who will manage and analyze the company’s budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic financial processes.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities:

• End-to-end FP&A ownership: Lead forecasting, economic analysis, and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Advise senior leadership and department heads, providing financial guidance to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of financial planning tools and systems.
• Ensure the scalability of financial systems to support business growth and complexity.
• Develop and deliver financial analysis and insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify drivers of profitability at the product, segment, and regional levels.
• Lead long-range financial and strategic planning, partnering with executives to translate company goals into actionable financial strategies.
• Design and manage commission structures that align with company objectives.
• Prepare and review financial materials for Board meetings, including performance summaries and forecasts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial data integrity and system functionality.

The Dream Skill Set:

• 5+ years of FP&A experience leading budgeting and forecasting in a global startup or tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA is a plus).
• Experience in high-growth companies or complex, multi-entity environments.
• Proven track record in revenue forecasting and building complex financial models with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience in implementing technological or automation solutions to improve financial processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI systems (e.g., NetSuite) is desirable.
• Highly independent, proactive, and self-driven, able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
